Pull and push xml data from website with Java?

I am creating a website using the Steam API found here... http://ift.tt/1KKw5lC I want to be able to pull information from the API and push it to an HTML file using Java. Any easy known ways to do so? I am somewhat new to website programming with a little HTML knowledge, but I am very comfortable with Java. Keep that in mind when writing a response. Thanks!
